Hi, I’m Peter Gandy, founder of Disrptr.
When I started Disrptr., I didn’t have all the answers. After scaling and successfully exiting Reason - a digital agency we grew 7x before selling in 2022 - I came to understand how chaotic and isolating growth can feel for founders.
